just go back from willow bank and i had a very good weekend , 2 cats , 1 @ 29lb and 1 @ 22lb and about 9 /10 carp all on liver . i would like to thank monkeyhanger for taking a pic for me as the camera we had dint work for some strange reason . cant wait to see it .
i went with colind and had a good laugh and a drink as always , weather was spot on , a little cold this morning ( frost on ground ) but good .
oh and me and colin met some other chap from hear but i cant remember his name ( sorry ) anyway nice to see them both .
dont forget to post the pics when u get them
will do , i think he will put them up on this site , if he dosnt then i will post . the 22lb was taken with my phone and in the net so its not very good but i will put on anyway .
Now then, yeah I will stick the photo's on here for you tonight (my little 6 month old girl has an ear infection and the weekend has flew by) - when did you get the second one ?

I fished Willowbank on 17th/18th April.
Fishing was very slow, managed a 32lb 5oz (9am) and 36lb 6oz (1500) on freshwater deads fished hard on the bottom. No other cats were caught on Lake 3 by other anglers when I was there although I heard a 60+ came out of Lake 1.
Not a sniff from the cats on liver, boilies or pellets. Managed some nice carp on all 3 though including a half fillet of fish.
Very little noise at night from the cats.
Apparently the weekend before was fishing well on liver and kidneys but they would not touch them at 5 days later. Weather was sunny but a cold wind was blowing down the lake which did not do me any favours.

i had the 22lb on sat night at about 11pm , colind had one on sunday after dinner but i had gone home by then so im sure he will do a post to let you all know .
i have never see the place so full , at one time every peg on lake 3 was took up , i seem to think there where 7 chaps on 1 and 4 on 2 ( bet mick was rubbing his hands lol ).oh and i was taking to one chap on lake 1 and in the 1st peg and he had had a 50 or 60 out but i cant remember which .

Yeah i have never seen Willowbank as full - if I go anytime soon it will only be a mid-week trip as the weekends will be a no-go area
a 67lb was brought out tonight around sevenish
