i'm blanking like you, lol. still fishing for the cats at the weekends, just not so mutch as in summer. i've got high hopes for this weekend, a few have come out this week, all 30's and all to carp fishermen. time to sort out the pike gear so i can blank with different scenery, lol.

Aint been out since i was up @ Willowbank but, fingers crossed i may do Celtic Lakes within the fortnight with Tony Topcat.

Its a mental place if you catch it right. Its worth keeping going for the cats, the weather is so up and down but it has not been seriously cold yet. Am trying a totally new venue next week, even at this late stage of the season, cant say where but its always worth a go.

I think anyone and everyone can catch on Willowbank its not much of a chellenge on there and and water craft is out the window. Been looking at some of the photos on here of Willowbank fish and they look sick or hungery! so yes i bet you can cacth on there up to november.Might give it one last go tonight , lets see you know your not going to get a run with the rods in the shed.

you can catch cats right through the winter it just takes time and effort. i had 9 last winter from nov to end of feb.

Pondwood Maidenhead night fishing is only once a fortnight my mate had a 32 last session I had an 18, total of 6 between 4 of us
