I really want to have a bash at a record minnow I have a set up in mind but need an opinion if you think it will work.
Obviously I need to use my cat rods cos these little blighters don't half pull.
I can go to 10lb mainline and my hooklength is ok I think 6lb is about righ its just visible against the magonlia paintwork.
bait is a small pop-up corn and I think it hangs just about right on the hook just at the bend.
Any thoughts on this just to give you an idea on hook size I have my hand in view
Looking good on moonstrike for the weekend so providing I don't have too heavy a night on the flavoured water I might get up just before dawn.
If shes up before me then breakfast is made
